TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF ROADS ACT 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, and the Temporary Closing of Roads Regulations 1994, Kerry County Council is proposing to close to public traffic the following street:
Street Closed: From Main Street, Killarney (Junction of Main Street / Plunkett Street) to Kenmare Place, Killarney (Junction of Kenmare Place / The Hahah)
Road Closing Times: from 8.00 a.m. on Monday, 6th November to 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 24th November, both dates inclusive.
The purpose of the road closure is to facilitate the replacement of the public water main and the construction of a storm water drainage pipe.
Any person having an objection to this proposal should lodge same, in writing, with the Administrative Officer, Operations, Capital Infrastructure and Safety Department, Kerry County Council, CountyBuildings, Tralee, CountyKerry not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 24 October 2017.
