TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF ROADS ACT 1993
West Kerry Agricultural Show
Notice is hereby given that, in compliance with the Roads Act, 1993, Section 75, and the Temporary Closing of Roads Regulations 1994, Kerry County Council is proposing to close a section of the new relief road which links Gortonora and Spa Road, Dingle from 9.00 a.m. to 4.45 p.m. on Sunday, 16 July 2017, in order to facilitate the holding of the West Kerry Agricultural Show.
Alternative routes will be clearly signposted and access will be provided for Emergency Services.
Any person having an objection to this proposal should lodge same, in writing, with the Administrative Officer, Operations and Safety Department, Kerry County Council, Aras an Chontae, Tralee, Co. Kerry on or before 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 27 June 2017.
