Temporary Closing of Roads - Leanamore Road

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF ROADS ACT 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, and the Temporary Closing of Roads Regulations 1994, Kerry County Council is proposing to close to public traffic the following road:
Road: L6021 Leanamore Road, from Leanamore Cross to Meelcon Cross
Road Closing Times: from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, between the dates of Monday, 3 July to Friday, 18 August 2017 (both dates inclusive).
The purpose of the road closure is to facilitate ducting works.
Access will be provided for Emergency Services and Local Residents at all times. Diversions will be in place and motorists are advised to use the alternative routes.
Any person having an objection to this proposal should lodge same, in writing, with the Administrative Officer, Operations, Capital Infrastructure and Safety Department, Kerry County Council, CountyBuildings, Tralee, CountyKerry not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 13 June 2017.
