TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF ROADS ACT 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, and the Temporary Closing of Roads Regulations 1994, Kerry County Council is proposing to close to public traffic the following road:
Road Closed: R553 Listowel to Lisselton road from Galey Cross Roads to Lisselton.
Road Closing Times: from 5.00 a.m. on Monday, 26th June 2017 to 5.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 28th June 2017, both dates inclusive.
The purpose of the road closure is to facilitate works for a cattle underpass.
Diversions will be in place and alternative routes will sign posted.
Any person having an objection to this proposal should lodge same, in writing, with the Administrative Officer, Operations, Capital Infrastructure and Safety Department, Kerry County Council, CountyBuildings, Tralee, CountyKerry not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 6th June, 2017.
