TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF ROADS ACT 1993
Tugtar fógra anseo faoi réir Acht na mBóithre 1993, Alt 75, agus na Rialacha faoi Bóithre a Dhúnadh go Sealadach, 1994, go bhfuil Comhairle Contae Chiarraí ag moladh na bóithre, mar atá liostáilte thíos, a dhúnadh chun cabhrú le heagrú stáid rothaíochta rás‘Dingle Adventure Race’ ar an Sathairn, 10 Meitheamh 2017.
Notice is hereby given that in compliance with the Roads Act 1993, Section 75, and the Temporary Closing of Roads Regulations 1994, Kerry County Council is proposing to close the roads as detailed below in order to facilitate the holding of the cycle leg of the on Saturday, 10 June 2017.

Alternative routes will be clearly signposted and access will be provided for Emergency Services.

Chiarraí, ní níos déanaí ná 5.00 i.n. ar an Máirt, 23 Bealtaine 2017.
Any person having an objection to this proposal should lodge same, in writing, with the Administrative Officer, Operations, Capital Infrastructure and Safety Department, Kerry County Council, County Buildings, Tralee, County Kerry not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 23 May 2017.
