Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) that Kerry County Council has at its meeting on the 25th July 2017, made a Development Contributions Scheme, with effect from this date.
The Scheme as adopted replaces all previous schemes in the County including the former Town Councils and therefore applies to the entire County.
