Draft Litter Management Plan 2017-2019
Notice of having prepared a Draft Litter Management Plan for County Kerry
Pursuant to Section 10 of the Litter Pollution Acts, 1997-2009, Kerry County Council has prepared a Draft Litter Management Plan for its functional area. This Draft Plan, when adopted, will replace the Litter Management Plan 2013-2016.
You are invited to inspect the draft plan. Any submissions or observations with regard to the plan should be lodged with Ms. E. O Donnell, A.O., Environmental Services, Maine Street, Tralee, or by email to lodonnel@kerrycoco.ie before 17.00 on Friday the 2nd December 2016.
A copy of the draft will be given to any such person applying for it, free of charge.
