Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads
Roads Act, 1993
In accordance with Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 Kerry County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of an order to declare the roads set out on the schedule hereunder, to be public roads.

- Roads, Transportation & Safety Department, Room 115, Áras an Contae, Rathass, Tralee, County Kerry
- Killarney Area Office, Killarney Area Services Centre, Unit 9, Ground Floor, Building C, Killarney Reeks Gateway, Rock Road, Killarney, County Kerry
- Caherciveen Area Office, The Courthouse, Newmarket Street, Caherciveen, County Kerry
- Killorglin Area Office, Library Place, Iveragh Road, Killorglin, County Kerry
from Thursday 16th May, 2013 to Monday 17th June, 2013 (both dates inclusive).
Objections or representations in relation to the proposed declarations may be made in writing to the Administrative Officer, Roads, Transportation & Safety Department, Room 115, Áras an Contae, Rathass, Tralee, County Kerry, before 5 p.m. on Monday 1st July, 2013, and will be considered prior to making a declaration.
