ROAD WORKS SPEED LIMIT ORDER
Road Traffic Act, 2004
In accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004, notice is hereby given that Road Works Speed Limit Orders have been made on the following sections of roads, in the interests of road safety and to facilitate Pavement Improvement Works, thereby providing safer conditions for road users and construction workers:

on a section of the N70 Caherciveen to Kells Road |

Along the N70 for a distance of approx. 4,000m in length from the junction between the N70 and the L4070 to a point approx. 800m north east of the junction between the N70 and the L7528

N70 Tahilla Pavement Improvement Scheme
on a section of the N70 Kenmare to Sneem Road

Derreenafoyle, Doon and Derreennamucklagh |
Along the N70 for a distance of approx. 3,070m in length from a point approx. 600m east of the junction between the N70 and the L11692 to a point approx. 600m west of the junction between the N70 and the L11689.

N72 Kilbonane Pavement Improvement Scheme
on a section of the N72 Killarney to Killorglin Road |
Gortacollopa, Pallis, Lahard, Gneeves, Kilbonane, Ballymalis and Coolroe South

Along the N72 for a distance of approx. 6,000m in length from a point approx. 600m east of the junction between the N72 and the L11011 to a point approx. 700m west of the junction between the N72 and the L3001. |
The Road Works Speed Limit to be applied is 60 km/h. The speed limits will apply for the period from Thursday, 16 February 2017 and will remain in place until Thursday, 15 February 2018 (both dates inclusive).
Regard shall be given to any representations that are made, in writing, to Charlie O’Sullivan, Director of Service, Operations, Capital Infrastructure & Safety, Kerry County Council, County Buildings, Tralee, County Kerry, in relation to these Road Works Speed Limit Orders.
