Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads
Roads Act, 1993
In accordance with Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, Kerry County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of an order to declare the roads set out on the schedule hereunder, to be public roads.
Maps showing the roads will be available for inspection, during normal office hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday) from Wednesday 29th April, 2015 to Thursday 11th June 2015 at the offices of:
Room 13, The Planning Office, The Planning Department, Kerry County Council, Áras an Chontae, Rathass, Tralee;
Municipal District of Tralee, Kerry County Council Offices, Town Hall, Princess Quay, Tralee;
Municipal District of South and West Kerry, Kerry County Council Offices, Library Place, Iveragh Rd, Killorglin;
Municipal District of South and West Kerry, KerryCounty Council Offices, The Courthouse, Caherciveen;
Municipal District of Listowel, KerryCounty Council Offices, Áras an Phiarsaigh, Listowel;
Municipal District of Killarney, Kerry County Council Offices, Town Hall, Main St., Killarney.
Submissions in relation to the proposals may be made in writing for the attention of Niall Horgan at the Housing Estates Unit, Operations Health and Safety, Kerry County Council, Áras an Chontae, Rathass, Tralee, Co Kerry before 5.00 pm on Thursday 25th June, 2015 and will be considered prior to making a declaration.
